How to pay for our services

We make every effort to keep down the cost of your health care. Payment is due when services are rendered unless previous arrangements are made.

While we accept assignment of qualified insurances, the patient is ultimately reponssible for payment of their account.

Once your insurance has been verified and benefits are established, we will accept assignement. This means that you will be responsible for payment of your deductible (if not met) and the portion not covered by your inusance company. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask our office staff for assistance or clarification.

Before you begin a care program with us, we will review our fees for services with you and happily answer all questions to eliminate any surprises
